Captain Cook Cruises:
All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates:
30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit.
within 15-29 days; 50% of fare.
14 days or less; 100% of fare.
no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare.
Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.
AAT Kings:
Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges.
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given.
Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.
Vagabond Cruises:
Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential.

TROLL TOURS HARLEY TRIKE AND MOTORBIKE TOURS:
Full refund if cancelled 48hrs before tour departure. If cancelled within 48hrs 25% will be kept as a booking fee.
TROLL TOURS:
TOUR CONDITIONS: “TROLL TOURS” reserve the right to alter or modify itinerary if prevailing weather, road conditions or adverse conditions require such change.
Brisbane Cruises:
72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded.
Four and six weeks is required for special events.
Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:
All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.
Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Tasmania:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Getaways SA:
Tour dates can be changed with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to Tour start will receive a Refund, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.
