Small bags only please. If you need CDC to store your bags there will be a $10 storage fee. Please have your overnight bags with you on the morning of day 4 as you will be doing a day trip on MV Reef kist, departing the island approx 8:30 - 8:45am, and returning to Cairns that afternoon (roughly 4:45 pm.)

- Included in the course: Accommodation pick up, transfers out to Fitzroy Island, pool and theory, 4 training dives off the shore of Fitzroy Island to receive your certification and then you'll do a 2 dive day trip as a certified diver on MV Reef-Kist to the Outer Reef. All your dive gear will be provided to use free of charge. You will return to Cairns on Day 4 approx 4:45 pm aboard MV Reefkist.

(No charge for accommodation places in the CBD area. $10 per course outer areas) *Clients Must have completed a dive medical prior to arriving on Fitzroy Island in order to commence their dive course. Dive Medicals available at 24 Hour Medical Centre. Dive Medical must be done to Australian Standards (AS4005.1) Approx cost will be $60 extra.

Cairns Dive Centre is introducing a NEW Fitzroy Island 4 Day Open Water Dive Course. Cairns Dive Centre, which has been operating for over 25 years has opened a second Dive Centre in partnership with Fitzroy Island Resort- Fitzroy Island Dive Adventure Centre.
Our NEW Fitzroy Island 4 Day Open Water Dive Course offers you pool and theory and 4 training dives off the shore of Fitzroy Island to receive your certification and on your 4th day you do a 2 dive day certified dive trip out to the Outer Great Barrier Reef on board Reef- Kist. All taxes and transfers, from your accommodation in the Cairns CBD and out to Fitzroy and return to Cairns are also inclusive.

You must book your own accommodation on Fitzroy Island. Meals and accommodation are not included in the price of the course.
