Tour Description
Ideal for visitors, who wish to make the most of their stay in Cairns! Enjoy a scenic, historical train journey, with informative commentary through the winding Barron Gorge, past waterfalls to the famous Kuranda Village. Departing Kuranda on Skyrail, you’ll glide over 7.5km (the longest passenger cable car in the world) of pristine World Heritage listed Rainforest…suspended high above the lush tropical canopy. Transfer to our Heliport for an awesome scenic flight over the Great Barrier Reef to our exclusive helipad at North Hastings Reef. Enjoy lunch and a range of underwater activities including snorkelling, swimming and a semi-submersible coral viewing tour. Scuba diving, either for the beginner or experienced diver, is also available. Choose between a cruise or helicopter flight back to Cairns at an additional cost.
8.30am Kuranda Scenic Train
After collection from your hotel, board the Kuranda Scenic Train passing by breathtaking gorges, waterfalls and bridges.The train climbs the range until you reach Kuranda village.

The quaint village of Kuranda is a laid back, yet at times, bustling place to visit, any day of the week. Stroll around the shops and famous markets or just relax in any of the lively cafes.
11.30am Skyrail Cableway
Take the Skyrail over the vast, lush canopy of the world heritage Daintree Rainforest and choose to stop off at any of the stations en-route for a closer look around.
12.30pm Transfer to Down Under Helicopters, Cairns Airport
Once at the bottom of the mountain, your driver will be waiting to take you to Down Under Helicopters, only 5 minutes away. Here, the friendly staff will provide a safety briefing about the executive helicopter and the exhilarating flight you are about to embark upon…
1.00 pm 30-Minute Helicopter Flight out to the Great Barrier Reef
Grab a camera for this spectacular, 30-minute flight over the Great Barrier Reef, searching for marine life in their natural habitat. Aerial views are the only way to really appreciate the tremendous scope and sheer vastness of this amazing eco-system!
1.30pm Board the Down Under Dive Vessel
Once at Hastings Reef, transfer over to the Osprey V, a sleek, high speed dive vessel. Spend the afternoon snorkelling, try an optional dive or take an informative semi-submersible tour.
3.30pm Cruise return to Cairns
Sit back and enjoy the live entertainment and complimentary wine, cheese and fruit platter as you cruise back to Cairns aboard the Osprey V cruising at around 25 knots.
5.00pm Arrive Back in Cairns
